Use free audioguides to navigate around Poznań! With audioguides you are free to explore the attractions of the city at your own pace and according to your own plan. Should you get tired of sightseeing, you can always take a break and get some rest, while relishing a St. Martin's Croissant, or sit at a cafe and try delicacies from Poznań restaurants. After that you can get back on the tour.
Poznan City Tour - Old Market Square and the Cathedral Island

Poznań is the 5th biggest city in Poland and the capital of the Greater Poland province. Its history spans more than 1,000 years.
You will be taken by the bus to the Old Market Square, which boasts a range of historical building and picturesque views. Accompanied by city guides, you will see the iconic Renaissance Town Hall dating back to the 16th C with its goat mechanism the city is famous for. You will visit the former Jesuit church which by many is considered the best example of Roman Baroque in Poland. You will also learn about life in historical Poznań illustrated with its monuments, symbols and artefacts hidden in various places of the Old Market Square. We will then take you to the island of Ostrów Tumski – the Cathedral Island. It is the oldest area of Poznań and it is there that you can trace the deepest roots of Polish history dating back to 10th C. The Cathedral vaults housing the tombs of the first Polish monarchs will be the final note of the tour.
Rogalin Palace

Located 20 km from Poznań, Rogalin is famous for its palace that once belonged to the noble family of Raczyński. Being the biggest such residence in the province of Wielkopolska, it illustrates the life, traditions and culture of the Polish nobility during the age of Enlightenment and beyond. With its recently refurbished interiors, the palace is an astounding display of craftsmenship and applied arts. You will explore the interiors with audioguides available in English, French and German. You will also visit the adjacent painting gallery founded by Edward Aleksander Raczyński displaying an array of European paintings with authors like Chabas, Besnard, Thaulow and Jan Matejko, whose spectacular work named Joan of Arc is displayed here. We will finish the excursion with a guided tour around the palace park with its famous age-old oaks: Lech, Czech and Rus. The return to Poznań is planned at around 6:30 pm.
